Our Facilities

The Erak Çerkezköy factory is one of Türkiye's largest facilities specialising in blue jeans manufacturing. With a monthly capacity of 750,000 pieces, production here meets international standards using the latest technology.

The factory houses departments including cutting, sewing, washing, garment dyeing, state-of-the-art laser units, quality control, pressing, packing, and raw-material, accessory and finished-goods warehouses. Workflow, employee efficiency and defect rates are tracked at every production stage through a computer-aided system.

In the R&D and washing departments, where the many special processes fashion demands can be carried out, Erak's designers and specialists rediscover and reinvent the indigo that gives denim fabric its distinctive character.
